1. Courier Services & Security

All orders are shipped exclusively through trusted and globally recognized courier partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD) with full tracking and delivery confirmation. For high-value shipments, a signature upon delivery is required. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

2. Insurance

All shipments are fully insured for their entire value from our premises until the moment of confirmed delivery with a signature. The responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon this confirmed, signed delivery.

3. Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery within the EU: 3–7 business days.
  • International delivery: 5–14 business days, depending on destination and local customs clearance procedures.

Please note that these are estimated timelines and may be subject to minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs processing or extreme weather conditions.

4. Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. We provide all necessary documentation (including a detailed invoice) to facilitate smooth customs clearance, but we cannot be responsible for any delays or charges resulting from the import process. 5. Delivery Issues & Lost Shipments

If a shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@gemlords.com. We will initiate a formal investigation with the courier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note that for insurance claims, you must keep all original packaging and documentation.
